Hand in & mounting of material:
All physical material (models, drawings, boards etc.) has to be submitted to the Gym on Monday April 28th before 16:00.
At the day of your evaluation:
8:00-9:00 The first 4 teams in the schedule are to mount their material for presentation. The first 2 teams are to dismount their material a.s.a.p. following their evaluation.
During the lunch break, i.e. 30 min. before start of the afternoon schedule
the remaining teams of the day are to mount their material for presentation.
17:30-18:00 All remaining mounted material has to be dismounted

All students are requested to present material (i.e. models and drawings) developed in response to the [P4] assignment´s [S] scale requirements:
[S] 1:20 and/or 1:10 and/or 1:1 / detail(-s)
The objective is to explore and develop material qualities in one or more critically selected relation(-s) between the existing structure and the proposed transformative intervention. The selection criteria should be based on the materials ability to document proposed materialization(-s) of paramount interest to the chosen act of intervention.
Hand-in of material 8-9am.

Please note info-meeting on assessment in the Grand Auditorium 9-10am.

Please note that
·         the compulsory format is: one folded A3 sheet, potentially printed on both sides
·         a formatting of the running text  which promotes legibility is required. For example: If utilizing Verdana; Helvetica; Arial or similar sans serif font 8pt min. is required.
·         the items in the list below should structure the subject matter of the information communicated by your program sheet. Responding to this requirement, you may structure your communication of the required information in whichever way you find serves the best interest of your project
·         you may integrate text and photos/drawings in whichever way serves the best interest of communicating the particular subject matter at hand
·         2 printed and folded copies of your program must be handed in before noon Monday March 31st
List of required contents
1.       name of the unit + semester (Unit 2+3d – AL! A Laboratory S14)
2.       name of student + semester (for example: Karl Johan Svamp, 6. sem.)

5.       XL: Short presentation/analysis of the existing physical context ( PRORA incl. local environment) outlining particular relational aspects of interest to your project development.

7.       M: An outline of particular relational aspects of interest to – i.e. governing - the concretization of your transformational intervention.

9.       a short and precise specification of the relationship between your project development/production and that of your team mate.
For your general information your program sheet will be forwarded to your external censor ahead of the final review.
